A. Installation requirements：

a. The site should be well ventilated and there should be facilities for power supply, water supply and drainage nearby.

b. Power supply: a.c220V±220V, 50Hz±1Hz, and grounding device with ground wire.

c. Water supply pressure is: 0.2~0.4 (Mpa).Low water pressure, pressurized pump.High water pressure, pressure reducing pump.

d. The height of the drain outlet should not exceed 30cm, the diameter of the drain should be 50mm, and the drain to drain should be from top to bottom.

B. Introduction to menu function：

a. Endoscope disinfection specification requirements,After endoscope use,Before putting it into the disinfection machine，It is necessary to first wash the inner tube of the endoscope in the cleaning tank outside the machine and rinse the endoscope tube with a high-pressure water gun before putting it into the disinfection machine for cleaning and disinfection.

b. Automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine connection method：The machine is equipped with four connectors：①Leak test connector；②Biopsy hole connector；③Attraction holeConnector；④Air supply and water supply connector。The endoscope is placed in the machine slot after initial washing，Connect cleaning and disinfection according to the requirements of endoscope manufacturers.

c. In the case of no special requirements, the factory set cleaning and disinfection process includes：

The total working time of the above four procedures is 17 minutes.，Are respectively①Enzyme wash for 3 minutes；②Washed (2) 2 minutes；③Disinfection for 10 minutes；④Washed (3) 2 minutes。

d. Alcohol disinfection：To wash and disinfect alcohol, first press the “Alcohol Disinfection” button, then press the “Confirm” button. The alcohol disinfection time includes the working time of the alcohol pump. The first 8 seconds is the endoscope tube for the injection of alcohol, and the latter time is the drying time.

e. Discharge disinfectant: When the disinfectant is invalid, press the “disinfectant” button, then press the “confirm” button，The disinfectant is discharged, and when the discharge time of the disinfectant is terminated, the work is automatically stopped, and the disinfection liquid usage is automatically cleared to zero.。

f. Add disinfectant: Add disinfection after replacing the disinfectant or use the disinfectant solution when the alarm is insufficient. Press the “Add disinfectant” button, then press the “Confirm” button. At this time, pour the prepared disinfectant into the disinfection tank (about 9 liters), and watch the display at the same time. When the time on the screen changes to 5 seconds, the countdown will be To stop pouring the disinfectant, otherwise the added disinfectant can not be added.

g. Drainage: When there is water in the disinfection tank or need to be washed with water, drain the water in the tank, first press the “Drain” button, then press the “Confirm” button, the water in the tank will be automatically discharged.。

h. Proportion control of enzymes in enzyme washing: according to the concentration ratio of enzymes produced by different manufacturers, there are two control methods for adjustment: 1 adjust the concentration in the enzyme bottle；②Adjust the working time of the enzyme pump, work longer, and extract more enzyme liquid.

i. The amount of alcohol injected into the endoscope tube: determined by the working time of the alcohol pump. Generally, the amount of alcohol injected is 10 ml per working one second.

j. Drainage time requirement: generally 40 seconds. If the drain pipe is not smooth and too long, or the water level required by the disinfection tank is too high, 40 seconds is not enough to drain, you need to set a longer time.

k. Delay time of influent: generally 3 seconds, but not less than 1 second. For every 1 second increase in this time, the water intake and water level will increase and increase.

l. Set the alarm time of the water inlet; generally 60 seconds. If the water pressure is too low or the filter is too dirty, the 60-second water intake time is not enough, you can increase the extension time, but for every 10 seconds increase, each operation Program time must be increased by 10 seconds (same time).
